1. Go to START menu and press on RUN.

2. Write down REGEDIT there and press OK.

3. Go to HKEY_ LOCAL MECHINE. Then go to SOFTWARE > MICROSOFT > WINDOWS NT> CORRENT VERSION> WINLOGON.

4. Double click on LEGAL NOTICE CAPTION from the right corner.

5. Type what you want display instead of welcome screen.

6. Double click on LEGAL NOTICE TEXT from the right corner.

7. Type  your own massage here. Close all the windows.

8. Restart your computer. You will see your own massage instead of welcome screen.

Changing Windows' Icons

You can change the Icons Windows uses for folders, the Start Menu, opened and closed folder in the Explorer, and many more.

1. Go to start and clicking on run, write down regedit.

Creating a Logon Banner

To create a  Logon Banner:  

1.Open RegEdit

2.Go To

For Windows 9x and ME -

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Winlogon

For Windows 2000 XP 2003 Vista -

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Winlogon

3.Create a new String value"LegalNoticeCaption "

4. Enter the Title of the window. What is displayed in the Title Bar.

5. Create a new string value "LegalNoticeText"

6. Enter the text for your message box that will appear even before the Logon window.

Automatic  Refresh

To refresh automatically:

1. Open RegEdit

2. Go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Update

3. Set the value name "UpdateMode" to 1

Turn off the Right-Click on the Start Button:

Normally, when you click right button on the Start button, it allows you to open your programs folder, the Explorer and run Find.

In situations where you don't want to allow users to be able to do this in order to secure your computer.

1.Open RegEdit

2.Search for Desktop

3.This should bring you to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory

4.Expand this section

5.Under Shell is Find

6.Delete Find

7.Move down a little in the Registry to Folder

8.Expand this section and remove Explore and Open

How to Rename Recycle Bin

All sorts of windows have recycle bin in default. Normally, many of us can not change this name. But today, I have share a tips of how to rename the recycle bin. Just follow me to rename.

1) Go to 'Start' menu and click on 'Run' command.

2) Write down 'regedit' there. You will see Registery Editor Window on your Screen.

3) Now, On the Left Hand Side of the Window you will see a Tree of folders Just double click on the HKEY_CURRENT_USER folder.

4) Now, in the new folder Tree double click on the 'Software' folder.

5)  Then double click on 'Microsoft' folder>'Windows' folder>'Current Version' folder>'Explorer' folder>'CLSID' folder.

6)Now, You will see a Tree of  folder.  Click on the folder : '{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}'.

7) Finally, after Clicking on '{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}' folder. Go to the Right Hand Side of the Same window and double click on the "Default" option and write in the name which you want to display instead of  Recycle.

8) Go to your desktop and refresh the desktop and see the magic. Recycle Bin has been renamed.

Original windows xp

Now, I will share a tips which will help you to make your Microsoft XP genuine. This method is proven and works 100%.

1. Start > run > regedit
2. Go to the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WPAEvents\OOBETimer...and double click on it.
Then change some of the value data to anything you want such as delete some letters and add some letters. Its totally up to you...just change it!
3. Now close out regedit box.
4. Go to start > run > "%systemroot%\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /a".
5. The activation screen will come up to you.
6. Click on register over telephone.
7. Then click on change product key and enter in this key:

8. Now you can download all the updates without activating and the Genuine Microsoft Validation box won't annoy you no more.

computer usb port

If you want, you can switch usb port off permanently. Because Using usb port is an easy way to be attacked by virus. If anybody insert memory card or pen drive into your computer, they can not see it. How funny. First of all, right click on my computer icon on your desktop.

Then, click on Manage option. then press on continue button. Then device manager> Universal Serial Bus controllers> USB Root Hub. Right click on USB Root Hub and make it disable.

Speed Up Internet

I have come here once again with a tip of how we can speed up our net browsing to 20% more. Lets start. First of all, click on your start menu and go to run option. Write down here " gpedit.msc" and press enter button. A new window will be opened in front of you. Here you have to find out " administrative template". And you have to click on it. On the right side you may see network option. Double click on it and it will let you go on "Qos packet scheduler" option. Again double click on it. And you may see " limit reservable bandwith" option. Double click here. Another new window will be opened to you. Now you have to mark enable button here and  to change the value from 20 to 0. Finally, click on apply button and press ok. Then restart your computer.

start> gpedit.msc> administrative template> network> Qos packet scheduler> limit reservable bandwith> enable> 20 to 0.
