Update iOS 6.1.2 on your iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5

Here I will provide a description about how you untethered jailbreak your iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) updated to firmware 6.0, 6.0.1, 6.0.2, 6.1 or 6.1.2 with the tool Evasi0n in the Windows version with images.

  

Pre- conditions:

        1.       If you have made the jailbreak iOS 6.1 with Evasi0n, first of all you need to restore to iOS 6.1.2 original and run the jailbreak with Evasi0n 1.4. Importantly, performing a full backup of the contents of the iPhone before proceeding with the initial restore, with the upgrade, and then with the jailbreak of iOS 6.1.2.

        2.       The jailbreak executable with “Evasi0n” type is untethered.

        3.       “Evasi0n” run the jailbreak iOS 6, 6.0.1, 6.0.2, 6.1 and 6.1.2.

        4.       To restart the device does not need a computer.

        5.       The jailbreak works on firmware in use.

        6.       Do not restore the software not needed.

        7.       Before proceeding, we recommend a backup and synchronization with iTunes and iCloud;

        8.       For safety, turn off the pass code lock device (if connected) before proceeding with the jailbreak;

        9.       Before proceeding you should follow all the instructions here thoroughly.

NB:  Once you jailbreak, carefully observe what you are installing. Please keep it in your mind that Apple should release a hypothetical iOS 6.1.3, the signatures for the previous firmware would be blocked within a few hours / days. This means that in the event that it proves necessary to reset the device, you will necessarily have to upgrade, thus losing the chance to perform again, unless you have saved SHSH certificates for iOS 6.1.2 as shown in  this article.

Steps followed: 

 Download “Evasi0n” from here . Once the download is complete, run the application on your computer.

Connect your device to your Mac OS X and press the “ Jailbreak ”. The tool performs all operating completely automatically, without the user having to manually enter DFU mode.

 The process is finished, your iPhone will reboot and the program will begin to send the files needed to install the loader for iOS Evasi0n that will be featured on the home device.   

Warning: even if the iPhone will be open to all intents and purposes, is important not to use it during this process! This operation may take several minutes. Do not touch the iPhone!

Finished transferring files, do not disconnect the device from your computer. Now just open the ‘ Application “jailbreak”  installed on your iPhone. It is a sort of loader (just as happened with Greenpois0n, Limera1n and the latest Absinthe) that connects directly to the site of Evad3rs and allows the installation of Cydia.

 Once the process is completed, the icon of “Jailbreak” will be removed and you will find Cydia on your Home.

      You have completed the process of jailbreak iOS 6 Cydia and now should be on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad updated to iOS 6.0.x/6.1.

Display Windows Version On Your Desktop.

Hi friends, today I have come here with a tips of how to display windows version on desktop. Most of us who use computer could have noticed that the version of windows as an operating system on the desktop in the lower right-hand corner is displaying during beta releases of windows. But we do not know how to customize our desktop.  Now, we will see a quick tip of how to make it in our windows platform.  Just follow these steps given below.

ð  Go to “Start” menu and press on “Run”.

ð  Write “Regedit” here and click on “Enter”.

ð  From the “Registry editor panel” in front of you, find this key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

ð  Select “Desktop” in left box and search for “PaintDesktopVersion” in right box and double-click on it.

ð  A dialog box will open and change the “Value Data” field from 0 to 1.

ð  Restart the Windows and you will find Windows version which is printed on the desktop.

ð  Check Windows version on the desktop in the lower right-hand corner.

Be careful. It is a matter of window s registry editing.

Boot Desktop Instead of Metro Interface In Windows 8.

Normally, we get the new metro- style start screen in both consumer and developer preview of windows 8.  In the new screen, live titles like windows phones provide as a shortcut to the all applications and show all the updates and info. But we can change this system by following some steps given below.

=> Go to the Start screen.

=> Type “schedule” and it will start searching and select the “Settings option” on the right under the search field.

=> Then open the Schedule Task shortcut in the results.

 => Select “Task Scheduler Library” on the left and open the “Action Menu” from the toolbar and click on “Create Task”.

=> Type anything like “Show Desktop at Logon” for the name box.

=> Choose the “Tiggers tab” and press on “New” on the top select “At log on” and click on “Ok”.

  => Select the “Actions tab” and press on “New” for the Program/Script value enter “Explorer” and press on “Ok”.

=> If it is a laptop, choose the “Conditions tab” and under the Power options and uncheck “Start the task only if the computer is on AC power”.

=>Finally, press “Ok” button to save the task.

Microsoft is going to release windows 8 on 26th October 2012 for all to use.
