Hi friends, today I have come here with a tips of how to display windows version on desktop. Most of us who use computer could have noticed that the
version of windows as an operating system on the desktop in the lower
right-hand corner is displaying during beta releases of windows. But we do not know how to customize our desktop. Now, we will see a quick tip of how to make it
in our windows platform. Just follow
these steps given below.

Go to “Start” menu and press on “Run”.
ð
Write “Regedit” here and click on “Enter”.
ð
From the “Registry editor panel” in front of you,
find this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
ð
Select “Desktop” in left box and search for
“PaintDesktopVersion” in right box and double-click on it.
ð
A dialog box will open and change the “Value
Data” field from 0 to 1.
ð
Restart the Windows and you will find Windows
version which is printed on the desktop.
ð
Check Windows version on the desktop in the
lower right-hand corner.
